Transform Your Leadership to Disrupt before Being Disrupted
This intensive program equips participants with the mindset, skills, and strategic frameworks needed to lead transformational change. Through a blend of experiential learning, executive coaching, and collaborative problem-solving, leaders will develop the capacity to identify opportunities for disruption while building sustainable and effective organizations.

Erin is a master facilitator, advocate for justice, and experienced strategist. She focuses on catalyzing social change at the systems, organization, and individual levels. She brings her identity as a queer woman into all that she does and uses her love of intersectional feminism, social justice, and sustainability to fuel her work.

Emerald melds story telling, community activism, and non-profit experience to challenge oppressive systems and structures. She takes the work of educating folk on pro-Blackness and BIPoC liberation seriously, while honoring her own varied and complex identities. By using a combination of story telling, small cohort dialogue, and traditional workshops, Emerald seeks to help guide people on their journeys and she navigates the world alongside them.

When does this program start?
We’ll be kicking off the program in September 2025. We will have more information about meeting dates soon.
What are the anticipated outcomes of completing this program?

How much does the program cost?
$1,500. Scholarships are available.
How is the program structured?
There are 6 monthly, 3-hour sessions, along with asynchronous learning / communication. There will also be assigned reading & reflection questions.
We will be hosting this program on Circle. This platform allows participants to access materials and communicate asynchronously. Participants will also have access to our larger Circle community.
When will the program be offered next?
We plan to offer this program twice a year - once in the spring and once in the fall. We anticipate our next cohort to launch in the Spring of 2026 (tentative date).
