Disruptive Leadership FAQ

Wait, I thought this was a 6-month long program?

We originally conceived of Disruptive Leaders as a 6-month long program, but due to the volatile nature of our current socioeconomic climate, we decided to shorten the program to four weeks of two-hour sessions.

We want folks to get the tools, knowledge, and skills they need so they can start applying them in their work and community immediately.

We will offer a Disruptive Leaders 102 program later in the year, building off of the conversations and content we cover in DL 101.

We will likely offer the 6-month long program in the future, so please sign up for our newsletter to get updates on our programming and offerings.

What are the anticipated outcomes of completing this program?

Leaders will have a solid understanding of when and how to disrupt the status quo, able to apply sense-making frameworks to lead through this moment, and skills and tools to they can apply immediately in their work.

How much does the program cost?
